A magical spell that turns everything at the casting location into a particular Material. Will instantly kill most enemies, including the player if they're caught in its radius.
- Use with a trigger spell, such as Spark Bolt, or a distance modifier, to cast this spell at range. If cast without a trigger, you will almost certainly instantly die regardless of HP.
- The Saving Grace perk can prevent instant death.
- Touch of Blood has a synergy with the Vampirism perk as it creates a pool of blood for the player to drink, restoring about 30 health with the potential of 40 if the full circle is used. This is very strong in combination with Unlimited spells as this is a source of infinite healing.
