Ruttorotta ("Plague rat" in Finnish) is a variant of the Rotta enemy spawned by the player with the Plague Rats perk. it deals significantly more damage than the normal Rat but usually acts similarly to enemies charmed by the player, attacking and disctracting enemies. However, under certain circumstances including the More Hatred perk, it may attack you, becoming very dangerous for an unprepared player.
