The Refreshing Gourd is an item found in a small cave to the west of the Cloudscape. It can deal damage when thrown at enemies, but is much more useful when broken, as it releases a refreshing aura: a small, circular field that heals the player while they are inside it, similar in duration to Circle of Vigour. The cave it is found in has 5 gourds, a Haulikkohiisi and the Book of The Key in it.
