Changes: Refreshing Gourd

The Refreshing Gourd is an item found in a small cave to the west of the Cloudscape. It can deal damage when thrown at enemies, but is much more useful when broken, as it releases a refreshing aura(a small, circular field that heals the player while they are inside it, similar to Circle of Vigour).
