The Refreshing Gourd is an item found in a small cave to the west of the Cloudscape, as well in the friend room. It can deal damage when thrown at enemies, but is much more useful when broken, as it releases a refreshing aura: a small, circular field that heals the player while they are inside it, similar in duration to Circle of Vigour. The cave it is found in has 5 gourds, a Haulikkohiisi and the Book of The Key in it.
