Purifying Powder is a powder Material that is rarely created from Chaotic Transmutation or found in Powder Pouches and rare Flasks. It converts any liquid (and mud) it touches, except lava and slime, to water. Pouring Purifying Powder onto lava turns it into gunpowder.
