Mud is a powder Material which spawns commonly in the Forest and in the bottom of the ponds in the Holy Mountain zones. It can make the player Wet on contact.
The player's starting Potion may contain mud, and it can be collected into a Powder Pouch. Mud sprayed from a flask or pouch will collect irregularly on any surface and can be used to climb out of the starting area in the Forest, facilitating travel to the East or West.

- Mud can be mixed with Toxic Sludge to convert the sludge into Swamp (water).
