A remarkably powerful and dangerous modifier, this spell causes projectiles to convert liquids within a short distance of them into a more powerful version of Gunpowder which is capable of causing significant damage to creatures and terrain.
Explosions caused by liquid detonation are somewhat more powerful than ordinary gunpowder, and have a powderizing effect similar to Bomb which can be used to displace hard materials like steel.
