The Poopstone (in-game name Kakkakikkare, lit. poop) is an Inventory item. It causes damage over time to the player, and causes the player to vomit, emptying the stomach as well as removing any ingested effects. It has a chance to be dropped from Greater Chests.

When thrown, it will transmute most liquids (including water, teleportatium, and lava) into excrement. Excrement prevents breathing but doesn't limit player movement, and it removes all stains.

This item can be useful for navigating through lava.

A Kakkakikkare can be reliably obtained by picking up the Essence of Spirits and removing it via the Essence Eater.
