- Hearty Porridge is a white-ish liquid. A flask of Hearty Porridge will be dropped if the perk Eat Your Vegetables is taken.
- Drinking the whole flask will grant the player 15 seconds of Regeneration, as well as fill 80% of the player's stomach. It has no staining effect and disappears when in contact with lava.
