The very limited charge amount makes this modifier not that useful for normal combat.
Due to the erratic nature of the effect, the immunity to explosions Perk is recommended.
The fireballs do not explode when they hit the player, and instead pass through them. However, the player can still be hurt by the fireball's explosion.
