Blood To Power is a utility spell. it damages you for 20% of your current HP and adds damage to the projectile. The damage gained from Blood to Power is equal to 0.44 times your current HP, capped at 24K damage. Thus reaching the damage cap requires at least 55K HP.
The damage received by the player can be reduced with the Stainless Armour perk or completely blocked with Ambrosia without affecting the projectile's bonus damage.
The spell cannot kill the player. The minimum health to use is 26 hp, if it is less, no damage will be received, as a result, the projectile will not receive additional damage but mana will be spent.
If you use several spells, they will take away health sequentially. For example: 5 spells will deal 68% damage, not 100%.
